Such a good manga, I love horror a ton, especially Japanese horror, do you read about their urban legends? It's like they have their own secret formula to making things work perfectly.

Ohh I can't give too much away, this is a masterpiece best without spoilers, but I'll give you a teaser...

Legend has it, that in Japan young men might see a young girl dressed in a dirty white Lolita costume sitting out by a garbage dump, if they are close to her or try to pass her, she will ask them a question...

If they answer the question wrong they will die soon after, and if they answer correctly...it is unknown what might happen next...

There are also two side stories in the manga which are pretty good, scary stuff, overall I loved it, and recommend it for anyone else who loves Japanese horror.

That's how the out of touch adults describe it whenever a character tried to ask them about it.

Obviously a demon Lolita doesn't wear a "costume" but the clothes are not the main focus of the story

I just finally watched Le Portrait de Petit Cossette, which is definitely gothic lolita inspired. It's not very scary but I got really great goth vibes from it, like some of the stories that would be in the GLB. The titular character *is* a loli, though, so if you hate that trope, you might not like this.
There's also a manga adaptation, but I haven't read it yet...

I hate lolicon stuff and its popularity often makes me lose faith in humanity, but I didn't hate Le Portrait de Petit Cossette. It's about pedophilia, but rather than just presenting pedophilia as normal it kind of examines how psychotic it really is. The way Cossette is presented is kind of male-gazey but not sexual. All in all, kind of pedo-bait, but also pedo-hate.

There is a difference between a petite adult woman and characters intended to look like children. Lolis are generally intentionally children-teens among older looking people. Tons of flat anime girls that don't look 12. Lolis themselves as cute characters to like aesthetically are totally fine but it is always going to be a bit weird if there is a sexual or romantic interaction with the character by one who is clearly visibly an adult in comparison. No, I agree with some of what you say, I'm not a Lolicon, but I believe in freedom of speech, and freedom of expression. My stance on age gap relationships might also be considered out of the loop despite my young age, overall I simply don't believe in meddling in the personal affairs of other people's lives who haven't morally done anything wrong. It's got a nice typical Anime type style until things get gritty and gory and then the drawing begins to look grungy and blood splattered, definitely worth $20.

Tbh, I enjoyed it for the atmosphere, and the twists, but I'm also a really big fan of the side stories the writer put in as well, a good refreshment to keep me interested and invested, that really built up that this world is full of hazards just around the corner.

I think more horror themed Lolita stuff would be an interesting edition to the subculture desu, I'm in no way a fetishist, but I actually think it would be an interesting rebellion against Lolita fetishism, sort of like an artistic depiction of frustration, call it /ibitsucore/ if you want, but it would be cool if let's say, someone wore a Lolita outfit that intentionally looked more worn and haunting, maybe tinted colors or artistic blood, as a sort of representation of abuse, with scary all white make-up and intentionally crying looking mascara under ghostly white bangs, someone should cosplay that, I think that would be really cool.

Hell, if someone did horror FX make-up to get fake scars that would be cool too, imagine exploring an abandoned house or building and suddenly seeing that.
