Been looking for another Chicago-area con to attend with my Illinois-based bff. We've done ACEN and it was okay, but I like trying new cons.

Hopefully it'll survive to Year 2 so we can plan for it.

This was basically a small town con that happened in the middle of Chicago. Everything was reasonably well done, just small scale with a small number of attendees. The arcade had games, some of the panelists had good presentations, and they delivered on some of the oddball pet projects like the 5k. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't steadily grow over time.
