I'm really shit with high heels and generally not a really balanced walker if I'm honest, but rocking horse shoes never gave me any trouble. I've had several pairs from different manufacturers, some comfier than others, and all were fine to walk in.

first day I wore them, I took my usual shortcut to the bus stop which had me on very grassy paths on uneven hilly terrain. fell twice within the first five minutes. that was about 3 yrs ago. once you get your brain trained to never lean with your ankles and keep your feet straight you can even run in these. just remember they are platforms and take it easy at first. not hard to stay upright after that.

The Melissa ones I think only go up to a size 10 but the material (rubber) has some stretch to it if that's any good to you. They pop up secondhand frequently on ebay and the likes.

Any reccomendations for red RHS with lower (<1.5”) platform soles? Somehow I have no problem with high heels but in platforms I always end up twisting an ankle and faceplanting, no matter how much I practice, how well they’re strapped to my feet or what insoles I wear with them.

try tokyo bopper, their hells are typically not as high as traditional rocking horse shoes, and i find them easier to walk in. There aren't any red ones on the shop right now but you can mercari or fril. These pictured shoes are a little less than 2 inches
