Probably not. I haven't seen the skirt cut around often but the OP goes for quite cheap and generally unless it's a sought after item, IW doesn't retain a lot of resell value.
I'd definitely cap it at 100 but personally would not pay that much for it, most skirts are in the 50-75 range I'd say.

I own the dress myself in 2 colorways and it's my absolute favorite. I am about a 76 cm waist and 88 cm bust. (175 cm tall) I would not recommend a bigger waist as the waist-belt has to be altered. I hope this helps?
