Are the pinks parts detachable at all or are they part of a print? If it's just bows you can seam rip them off and reattach after cleaning. Otherwise Oxyclean and Tide pens arerelatively gentle on colours as far as bleaching products go, though how effective they are kind of depend on how old the stains are and if they've been heat set already

Definitely try soaking in oxyclean solution for several minutes. I've heard vinegar works well for stains too. I've only used vinegar to remove built-up deodorant with success
