It's hard to tell but from what I see it looks pretty good. Nitpick but I think what feels 'off' is; maybe could've gone with a more natural blonde color wig, and the Cape is really bad. Flimsy cheap cotton and fraying, and looks like a simple rectangle with no shape. But at least a new cape is a pretty easy fix!

Half of these are not "average people in bad cosplay" but "unattractive people in average cosplay".
I'm fine with laughing at ineptitude, but less so at unfortunate faces.

I remember seeing him at AM 2015, he didn't look half bad. I wasn't a fan of the pants, but overall he looked ok. I don't know what kind of world you live in if this is considered "good." The fit is wrong, the fabric is shiny as hell, there are puckered seams everywhere, the lace is shotty and cheap on top of other things. Plus it's pretty innacurate structure wise for what its supposed to be.
