Actually, when they do the removal, they make them symmetrical and do the lift thing so they look nice and perky. They also don't take them from super huge to super flat. They're still big even after the removal. If they're big enough to cause back pain then that means they're fucking massive. I've known one person to get a removal, and it's because she had some insanely massive titties. Her insurance covered it. I think other men are more prone to categorizing women as 'cute' or 'hot' and may associate large breasts with hot ('slutty') women, which may be unfair but buxom women more often are portrayed this way while small breasted women are more often depicted as being cute and these men prefer cute. Lastly I think other men may associate small breasts with certain personal or aesthetic qualities that they value more highly than bust size, like the guys who like 'artsy girls' or gamines and whatnot. I think the 'slutty' thing has a lot to do with preference. It's very hard for women with large breasts to wear lower-cut tops, spaghetti straps, and form-fitting outfits without looking like they're trying to put it all out there. I have large boobs for my body size, and I have to avoid these clothing items. It really makes a difference in the way the opposite sex, and sometimes the same sex, treats me. It's true that men, and sometimes women, will interpret the combination of these clothing and large breasts as whorish, loose, or for a more polite term, outgoing. Smaller chested women definitely have more options when it comes to clothing. Something that looks like a stripper outfit or whorish on me can look very elegant, cute, and pretty on a smaller chested girl.

I think it is quite unfair to busty women who are shy or introverted or who would prefer to be cute. These visual depictions run real deep, I can't remember the last time I saw something where a busty girl was portrayed as cute and modestly dressed and not getting ogled or subject of jokes drawing attention to her chest. Media depictions aside I think people just place undue emphasis on how much 'space' a person takes up. Not just boobs, think of tall women or muscular women or fat women. Something about a body not being 'restrained', of taking up more space in the world conjures certain connotations and characteristics. Big boobs are out there and projecting and what not (on top of being more noticeable to begin with) so you have people concluding the woman's sexuality to be similarly unrestrained.

By contrast I do think it can be harder to be seen as sexual when your breasts are smaller. I think a person's reasons for disliking small breasts is as varied as reasons for liking them to begin with (not immediately attention grabbing, looking 'too youthful', cuteness is too strongly associated with children and small animals, associations with modesty and sexual restraint when they want a hot, sexually voracious woman etc). There is some happy medium in between being too small and too big and I envy those women.

I agree that media depictions can have a lot to do with it alongside what's expected of one's body. The larger woman, while she might experience somewhat the connotation of a large chest = whorish, lewd, and unrestrained, is expected to have a larger chest based on size. She cannot help it due to her size. However, whether it's due to media or not, most, I guess, think of breast implants, bimbos, strippers, and/or porn stars when they see a very petite, skinny woman with an unusually prominent chest. I can understand a smaller chested person being self-conscious when trying to portray themselves as sexy. However, again, that is likely due to the imagery they see when browsing what is sexy.

I wish I still had the image of the small chested girl who put on one of those keyhole cat bras, and was all, "This is not the look I intended." I think the sexy look is fine is that's what is intended, but the attention a larger chested woman can receive is often unwarranted, and one has to take precautions to avoid coming off in such a way, unfortunately.
