I think it's fine. the poof is minimal and no one would mistake her for the bride. With the muted color palette and understated silho I don't see her stealing attention or focus from the actual bride. Especially if the bride is a lolita. well, probably not parting it in the middle like that would make a world of difference. I have to part my hair on the side for it not to look like hers (hoping that with the vitamins and meds I'm on my hair will start growing back soon though, ugh) but yeah, parting it differently helps, especially since with lolita you can wear rectangle headdresses or hats/bows to cover up anything that screams thinning hair. I don't mind the thin pigtails... it's the wide, balding parts that always get me, but you can use clip in bangs and pony tails to make hair fuller too. again, bangs are easy to work in with lolita, especially with thinning hair, since you can cover the end of the bangs/start of hair with headdresses, which also hide the balding scalp to a degree.

When I first started sewing it didn't really occur to me that I'd need to check the pattern pieces and maybe alter them before I sewed them up. I just picked the right size off the back of the envelope. I think most beginners start out like that, they don't really realise you're supposed to measure the pattern pieces and make alterations, or you cut everything out and then realise the sleeves are kinda tight but there's not enough fabric to make a second set, but they still fit so it still looks all right anyway.

As far as hand made goes, this is all right for a beginner. It's not great and she's got a ways to go, but it's not all that bad either.

Well, that's not a trans woman. If they are wearing suits and presenting male when not in Lolita, they're just a man who wears frilly dresses sometimes. It's hard to know the motivation behind it, but it's most likely sexually driven (unless they are a queer / gay / non-binary male presenting person outside Lolita, but that vibe is easy to pick up on).
