No otome thread?

>> No.9182689

>>9182687
Is there a certain rule on Jane Marple's sizing? their cuts seem to be identical for most prints, but I never see proper bust and waist measurements on lolibrary. I'm mainly asking about the typical JSK, typical OP with a collar and the cutsew dresses.

>> No.9182694

>>9182689
JSKs are meant to fit 90/70cm but can often run smaller, especially in the bust. Also the shoulder width is a bit on the small side and armpit holes are usually tiny af. Fitted OPs with collars are cut a little roomier, i'd say like 92~94/74, sack OPs are of course free size. Cutsews are stretchy but might look bad if you're lumpy at any size. Dans le salon items are much bigger.

>> No.9182724

>>9182694
Could you give a shoulder width estimate for their JSKs and non-puffed sleeved OPs? I'm well within measurements everywhere else, but my shoulders are on the broader side.

>> No.9182734

>>9182694
Different anon here, I actually own a couple of JM pieces but their sizing is so fucked up for me. I'm on the thinner side, but those fitted OPs with collars don't fit me because of the small shoulder measurements. The bust is often huge on me at 87cm, the waist also fits fine at 66cm but some dresses are still tight around the ribcage/underbust area. If you are tall and have only slighly larger than average shoulders/ ribcage you are fucked.

>> No.9182893

>>9182724
My shoulders are 14-15in and I can wear the recent square JSKs without issue. The sizing feels similar to Leur Getter, if you have any JSKs from them as comparison.

Do you have mostly newer or older releases? I've had 2 JM dresses and both were big for me, I have 70cm waist and 88 cm bust. I think JM makes them a bit oversized on purpose but it's really unflattering.

Someone on my instagram posted the new book print from Jane Marple, but I can't find any details about it online. Any idea when it's going to be released?

>> No.9183311

>>9182946
I'm hardly booby but the small is still too tiny in the bust for me, though the waist is perfectly adequate. I'm getting a medium and hoping for the best.

>> No.9183400

>>9182694
I'd like to add that the arms on their short sleeved collared OPs can be small. I SHOULD have fit them at 86-68 but my biceps& shoulders were too big. They measurements are boxy and large but I think they're meant to be worn loosely by petite people. The newer JSKs are ok and the skirts tend to be like 68-70cm unless they're old/ worn low.

Anyone think it's kinda ugly? While it's more interesting than IW's Strahov Library, it's still kinda ugly... Got nothing on Royal Library for sure.

It'll be the new A/W range, so probably real soon!

>>9183598
You're looking at up to 49,000 yen for the OP. Cutsew OP will be a bit cheaper.

>> No.9183891

Anything exciting at the Peppermint Fox party? A girl posted a dress on instagram but it's far too small for me to make out the details.

>> No.9183906

>>9182952
My oldest piece is from 2011, but the sizing is pretty much the same for all dresses. I really don't like the oversizing fit as well. If you don't have the right bodytype, even if you are thin, it will look like shit. That's why I've switched to Leur Getter recently. Their sizing is so much nicer, and they are cheaper too.

>>9183622
I don't like it either, it looks too cluttered for my taste and reminds me too much of IW and some indie brand designs at the same time.

Might be early but looking at ETC's new print has me hype for a halloween co-ord. However I haven't been able to find much halloween themed otome co-ords for reference (which I tend to still need unless I feel like looking ita).
