So I just noticed the bobby pins in his hair and that's kind of funny, but there isn't much he can do about the tattoo. Point taken on the fabric, looks like it has some kind of pattern? I have a pair of all-black sclera lenses for a thing this Saturday. They're made from the same material as many other soft contact lenses, just a bit larger. I won't tell you they're comfortable because they're irritating as fuck, but if you know how to put contacts in, there's no reason they should damage your eyes. Unfortunately, I had never used contacts before, so it was a steep learning curve.
Then again, this is my first cosplay and I bought a wig from Party City, so anything past the safety of using the contacts isn't really something I could comment on.

You can pretty much eat bacon and eggs for breakfast if you want to with this diet. It's mainly about eating higher amounts of fat+protein and being wary of/eating less carbs and calories.

I'm at a con right now and to be honest I haven't seen a lot of it. I've seen more previous plagues (Homestuck and Hetalia in particular) than Osomatsu-san. I don't know if it's just slow coming or what, but I'm really not getting the whole freak out over it. I saw maybe 4 or 5 from Osomatsu-san yesterday, as opposed to multiple packs of Hetalia.

ok, I was a bit pissed and maybe a tad unclear. What I meant was that it's stupid to preach these obviously unhealthy foods as a part of a "diet". Sure you can loose weight while eating unhealthy stuff if you're restricting. But neither is healthy. You can loose weight by eating just chicken nuggets, hot dogs etc. if it amounts to 1000kcal per day but there's no one preaching that to be healthy right? If you eat under your daily recommendation you will most probably loose weight, no matter what the food is. It just baffles me when people stand for and do these ridiculous diet programs that are not sustainable nor good for anyone. I mean, a diet that puts emphasis on fat. Isn't it just common sense that if you don't want to get fat, don't eat copious amounts of it? People want to loose weight but still eat the shit they call food and wonder why gymbunnies who eat mostly plantbased with maybe some chicken and fish get the results they feel entitled to.

Actually, hotdogs would not be a good candidate for Keto because the bread around it is high in carbs --as well as Ketchup. Chicken nuggets not would not be a good choice either (it's breaded). If you wanted to eat these, you would have to prepare Keto versions of it. You can't eat everything you want but you have more filling options than other diets and I find myself having more energy than if I were on a calorie restricted diet full of carbs.

Again you definitely CAN'T eat everything you want in copious amounts. Watching calories and intake is important for Ketosis. You can find recommended levels of each on Keto calculator sites. In order to Keto successfully you have to limit carbs and eat more poly/monosaturated fat and protein.
Then, once all of the carbs are broken down in your system (this can happen in as little as 24 hours), you start burning off fat ketones which turns into energy. I want to break the misconception that eating fat does NOT necessarily make you fat. No one is preaching to eat unhealthy foods --high fat food is not unhealthy. It's only when you eat TOO MUCH of it (same with carbs) that it becomes a problem --and if you Keto properly it shouldn't be. If you are overeating fats, you are doing something wrong and will likely knock yourself out of Ketosis mode.

But this is the exact same thing. Chicken breast is high in protein/fat and low in carbs. Some fish are high in protein/fat and low in carbs. Bacon/Eggs are just another branch of this, as long as it is not overseasoned --bacon is just pork belly meat.

It's not for everyone but it's the only thing that's worked for me so quickly. Don't talk shit about a diet if you don't know anything about it.
