Alright since you clearly are either retarded or can't read, there is an alternative to using fashion tape/some kind of adhesive and that is to do all the parts pictures as exposed skin with a very thin, skin colored mesh like pic related. But honestly adhesives would look so much better and save you a lot of work.

Judging by a better picture of her outfit, you'd just need some double sided tape for the boob. If you're male, try looking for a tutorial on making fake boobs and when making the outfit take those into a account. Also, consider making the crotch area a little wider to avoid any mishaps.
