Her painted details look really clean, especially on the bodice. The darker teal should be closer to a dark forest green, but that's a tricky colour to match and lots of Anna cosplayers get it wrong (or do it worse).

Altogether it's a good job, though some construction details could be better - boning in the bodice, interfacing the box pleats so they stay closed.
