Yes. I've actually been wondering if there's a term for the male equivalent because I've seen some musicians that match the aesthetic (animal print tops, long bleached hair, leather pants, chunky boots). I guess it's more like old-school visual kei but it also reminds me of those skeevy cafes where people pay to talk to the male waiters.
