I've noticed some people don't really like the tab method for each individual SS so instead it'd be all in one doc and there'd by clickable hyperlink bookmarks at the top of the doc (similar to the buyf/a/g guide). I'd still keep the general SS table as the top first before delving into each SS as separate sections.

If I do change it, I'll make prototypes and get feedback from these threads before moving everything from the spreadsheet to the doc.

I left my 4chan email here in case people have suggestions they'd rather not post or if they want to help (though I doubt that's necessary)

Taobao thread, I need some advice.

I put in an order with TaobaoSpree last month. On the 5th of March I got a message from my agent (Zeng) saying that Zeng had bought for me (that's how it was put, "I have bought for you"). There was a little outstanding charge due to an item being out of stock and me replacing it with a cheaper item, so Zeng told me the extra couple of dollars could be discounted from shipping. This was in the 6th of March.

I haven't heard a peep since. I emailed on the 26th of March asking for the status of my order. Still no response. I haven't heard a peep since.

I've ordered with TBS in the past plenty and they've always been reliable. I know they've been rather slow to the point of not accepting orders because they're short staffed (apparently due to maternity leaves or something), but I don't think it'd be that hard to just shoot an email saying "we're having delays" or something.

Should I be worried?

What word(s) should I use to look for lolita skirts? All I end up finding are jsks.

Total noob to TaoBao here: I'm looking to buy a bunch of blouses and cardigans from Chess Story, HMHM and R-Series and using the spreadsheet (including SS fees etc., I think I'll use TaoBaoRing) it comes out as less than €200 for 7+ blouses and some tights. So cheap! But I know I still have to factor in shipping and customs, so can any Dutch anon help bring me down to reality a bit?
What's the most you've ever had to pay for shipping and customs, and what did you buy? What's the least you've ever had to pay? I read that TBR automatically marks the package as a gift; does this make a big difference? Any other troubles with customs?
I've never personally ordered from outside the country before but I've heard that Dutch customs are terrible so I'd like to mentally prepare myself.

I've used taobaoring before and never been hit by customs when my parcels came in.
Was very pleased with my order, they even uploaded pictures when my order came in at their warehouse.
You can ask them to mark down the parcel, actually you can ask them all kinds of questions don't be afraid to ask.
Other ss's like yoybuy, pruany, etc were also fine, and often the orders were over 200 euro's as well.
For me, no packages from China have been hit by customs and I get a parcel every 2 months (on average).
I can really recommend SAL which is a lot faster than their website says, usually I get it within 2 weeks.

It is a skirt+shirt. I am 5'8" and have long arms. It is true to size and made of nice fabric, and somehow the sleeves were long enough for me.
The skirt is kind of short though, but passable. Better then I was expecting. The quality of the fabric is nice and thick, better then your usual cosplay sailor fuku.

Litter Dipper skirt took FOREVER to be made. 3 fucking months. But it is nice and full and the fabric is soft and better then I was expecting form the pictures. Very full skirt, fits well. Got it as an underskirt for dream sky, it is way to light in color.

The M.T.P.blouse is very cute, fits a little small to the listed measurements. It does have the sheer dot for all of the blouse, and a really cheep feeling and looking cheep cotton-like underlay for everywhere but the sleeves. Even with the double layer it is still see-through. Minor nit pick but the pin tucks on the front of my blouse are not symmetric, they are much closer together on the left side then the right. It is mildly annoying.
All and all I like it, it will look cute under a jsk, but it is not a brand blouse.

As for the chess story bloomers, the lace is as pictures and they are cute. The material they are made of is cheep, scratchy, full of wrinkles. It is very stiff and see-through, I don't think it will breathe at all.... I'm going to soak them in fabric softener and see if this improves.
I can hear the cheep (I'm guessing polyester) rubbing together as I walk. It is not an attractive sound. They will do there job, but yeah, not the best. They are nice and stretchy, the lace is a bit scratchy but it is not bad.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm having a horrible 1st Taobao experience. I picked Yoybuy because their system seemed straightforward. $150 of items, $250 total with SS fees and shipping estimate. I jump through hoops with my credit card so they stop auto-rejecting the charge. I sucessfully pay, then 2 days later my account balance is 0. Yoybuy says I was automatically refunded from THEIR Alipay account. They ask me to send photos of my ID and credit card. I wait 5 days to do that until I actually receive the refund, but in the meantime they've stopped my order and "refunded" half the items in my order that they haven't ordered yet.

So I see the refunded money back on my credit card, send them my ID info. They somehow "clear" it with Alipay, then I finally add money to my account, enough to cover the items they have ordered plus the "refunded" ones I'll have to reorder. I place a new order and ask them about combining shipping. They say they "can't" because you can only combine orders that are still in "processing" - my 1st order is "packed for shipping" so they won't combine it.

The shitty thing is my 2nd order is all stuff from the 1st order that was "refunded" because they didn't order it, and there was no option to reorder. So now I'm paying 2 service fees and 2 separate shipping charges. Cherry on top: Now I'm $20 short on shipping so I have to try adding money AGAIN.

Makes me want to swear off Taobao forever. On the other hand, can anyone recommend any SS that are easier to work with??

Taobaotrends. I never had any problem with them before. Plus they are very careful with your purchases and inspect it very carefully.
