Hey everyone. Did Yoybuy change their policy? It's not letting me pick and choose which items to ship (basically some didn't arrive on time and I don't want to wait for them). Can somebody help me out with Paypal fees? I made a Taobao order not too long ago and already got my stuff. It was about $200 total, but one of the dresses I didn't want wasn't there so they told me they'd just take the shipping and SS fees out of it so I only had to pay $2.00 in shipping. They haven't contacted me about anything else, but apparently I didn't have the funds for that in my checking account at the time so now I'm getting charged $29 in fees every few days without them even e-mailing me about it and charging my debit card directly putting me in over $100 in fees over two god damn dollars. I'm the anon from the last thread who had issues with customs in New York. My package got sent back to China again. This is the second time a large order (15 pieces) has been denied at customs. I'm only ordering fairly basic black clothing and they're not knockoffs. Fortunately I'm traveling in 2 months so I'll be able to use a Japanese address to pick them up again but I'm really upset... I've wasted around $150 in shipping fees now. I never had issues with these types of clothes through the LA customs.

It's really high quality. There's only a few tiny nit-picky things about it but otherwise it's awesome. I recommend it.

It's a really nice dress. The fabric is sorta stiff, but feels and looks good. No loose threads as far as I can see, though one of the buttons fell off as I was getting into the dress, but I guess that's normal with taobao dresses.
The only problem is that if your breasts are bigger than your waist (read: if you're a woman), it can be quite difficult to get into/ out of the dress since they didn't put in any elastic or shirring in the waist area. If you have big breasts or shoulders, I wouldn't recommend it.

This dress is really nice too. It's pretty thick since it has several layers, so it's probably not well suited for summer. It runs a bit small. I have a 100cm waist and M is pretty tight on me - not impossible to wear, but still a bit uncomfortable since the elastic presses down on your stomach quite a bit.

I'll try to post some photos later on, but I can't find my camera at the moment.

goddamn awesome. It's really warm and the lining is super soft. I just washed it since it had the usual plastic smell to it and the fabric didn't bleed at all. The images that are printed onto the fabric ("EVA" etc.) would probably crack with time though since they're quite thick and stiff, but I think simply washing the sweater by hand instead of by machine could help with that. To sum it up, 10/10 would recommend.

I havn't visted the taobao threads in months upon months so forgive me if people have already discussed this.

I and a few friends were thing of ordering an absolute fuck ton of shoes and getting them shipped by sea. I know furniture anon had to wait a pretty long time for it to get to her and in the end it was full of bed bugs (pretty sure I remember reading that it was from the warehouse of one the the sellers though). How ever my question is, if we brough enough, shoes as well as other things would it be worth it? would any SS agree to ship it via sea? would we better just splitting packages? (we would prefer not to seeming we are really only considering buying in bulk so we would still be getting the shoes cheap, normal shipping would defeat that point.)

Note that the Marisa hoodie seems to run smaller than the EVA one. I am 5'3" and got both in S. The Marisa hoodie goes to my hips while the EVA hoodie ends shortly under my crotch (around the first quarter of my upper thigh? is there a word for that?).

update on the Miss Point dress: according to the stock photos (pic related) it's supposed to have a zipper in the back, which would make it a lot easier to get into/ out of. Mine doesn't, it just has this small zipper along the side of the bodice. So here's some pictures of my aiwig seifuku.
I think it's cute and it's not made of extremely ~cheap~ material, but the skirt doesn't have a lining. At the end of the day, it still looks like cosplay and not the legit thing. I definitely wouldn't call it flimsy though.

Here you guys go! The bag is absolutely gorgeous and I love it so much. It *is* a little small (as you can see in the second picture) but I don't carry large bags anyhow. The zippers are a little "cloudy" and the handles aren't constructed the best, but those things aren't obvious to anyone else but me so I don't really care. I've gotten nothing but constant compliments about it!

The only downside is that I do prefer to sling bags across my body, mostly for safety. This bag DOES have a strap, but it doesn't fit onto the bag correctly. There's nowhere to attach it. As you can see in the photo, they basically just tack it on to the handle clasp thingies... Which looks terrible. So it will stay a bowler.

If you'd like to see the pictures up close, I'd be happy to upload them individually as well. :)

Here you are, anon! For reference, I'm 5'5" (168cm) with 15 inch (40cm) linebacker-worthy shoulders. My bust is 86cm and I weigh about 120lbs (54kg). Hopefully this gives you a little more insight about your own measurements!

The blouse is really nice, not a soft cotton like I expected. It's more crisp, like a dress shirt. It's also more see-through like a dress shirt as well, but if you wear a white cami underneath you can't even tell. The arms are too short for me, so I wear them as 3/4 sleeves. The breast area is also a little small (you can sort of see the dreaded boob gap in the last picture) but overall it's a gorgeous blouse. It even has cute heart buttons! It also does come with the little brown bow pictured, but it's detachable and I removed it before the review.

The jumper skirt is cute as well, and super poofy. There's no petti or anything underneath. It's probably a little risky if you're 5'8"... I'm a fan of short skirts and I have to wear shorts underneath myself. Nevertheless, the fabric is thick, the lining is nice, and the lace and ribbon are pretty quality! The ruffles around my ribcage make me look a little larger than I like, but oh well. Cute overall.

We used Taobaoring, and they stuffed it pretty far down in the box - thank god it didn't get warped on the way over. We specifically asked for them to make it inconspicuous, and they did. Erk, I took a bunch of photos of it, but my phone is being retarded. It seems pretty sturdy and it's well made. The inside is lined with dark brown fabric rather than black, but it doesn't show so it's fine. It comes with two straps of different lengths, long and short, and the clips to attach them seem solid. The only kinda issue I have is that the clips to attatch the straps are gold and the zipper on the inside, while the other metal accents on the purse are silver.

The first one is a short-fur (less fuzzy) outer layer. It has an interior lining that is more insultation. The second option is for a longer fuzz (higher pile) outer layer. It does not have that added insulation
