Hips are about 110ish cm and chest is 105ish

Ok update on the styrofoam cause it can warp.
Hadn't really used that big of a ball before so clothes that otherwise weren't so tight kept pulling them harder than usual.
I guess keep that in mind when going bigger. Idk if they actually shrunk or just got a bit deformed

Also what is a good craft store material that i can get to simualte skin? I think i'll br showing cleavage and i'd rather make that bit myself. Also gives me an excuse to look at pictures of boobs

You guys be the judge but there is obvious chafing and warping on the side where it was in contact with the other boob (left)

Hmmm. I have seen my share of male and female shoulders and hands, and I can say that both are quite diverse and you can't automatically (except in some rare cases) say that some hands or shoulders belong to one group and not the other. So I don't think that advice should be so generic. Maybe change it to something like "Cover your shoulders and hands if they are too big/muscular, unless you are going for a big\muscular girl impression"?

The top having so much bare skin worries me a bit. Also need to look into how to do a good girl voice. yeah ofc
I found mine on a website, cosplayshow the $74 version of the costume
it seems a little sketchy, but I found multiple reviews for both the website and the costume itself and both were very good
I ordered the largest female size, and other than the hip which I can pad, I think I actually would fit it quite well
I probably will also do some modifications, the gloves don't seem impossible to make if they don't fit my man hands

the boots were a much harder thing to find in my size, I wear a mens US 11.5-12, which is about a women's size 14
I couldn't find any women's boots in size 13 or larger, but I eventually found these from what appears to be a bit of a foot fetishist site which carried 14s
kinda worried about them not being wide enough, or my calves being too big, but some of the reviews are from men and it seems good
I live really close to where it was shipped from so those boots are arriving today and I'll be able to see how well they fit and ill post my findings here

My face is completely smooth and I don't have any acne. And I got my facial hair lasered so I don't have any stubble either. I think I'm ok in that department.

But I'm worried about having broader shoulders in that outfit since they're exposed? I don't know if sleeveless makes it less or more of a problem. I think maybe the wider pants will offset that though but I don't know much about how you dress down body parts.

>> No.10763093

>>10763049
You can't really super dress them down since they're exposed, but you can probably play around with the subtleties of the armhole and the angle of the blue/white around that area to draw the eye "in", making the shoulder look smaller. I suggest you also try and create balance with more curves - boobs and a "female" waist shape and let the baggy pants help create the suggestion of hips/butt although you may want to pad anyway since they sit on the low waist/high hip, which is typically shaped much differently for women.

Do more androgynous characters like Hange count as a crossplay? Or like Miquella, from Elden Ring? I was considering the latter, since I've never done a proper cosplay, and I like him a lot. Personally for me, I just tend to like a lot of female character designs. Tons of cool dudes tho but they tend to be more buff, which I am not. Also female to male genderbends don't get the love they deserve so femboy cross play it is I guess.

I'm living at home with my parents while I pay off college debt which should take me less than a year with my current job. I had a crossdressing 'incident' when I was in high school that somewhat put me on thin ice with my parents. I've gained back their trust since then but they're always suspicious of me whenever I say or do anything moderately feminine. If I were caught again all these years later it would not end well for me. I do a mix of making my own and buying cosplay but I basically never order stuff for myself so they'd probably ask if I started ordering a bunch of cosplay stuff and if I were to be sewing a costume they'd also ask what I'm making out of curiosity (plus I don't really have anywhere where I can work on cosplay stuff in private). I'd also be hard pressed to find time to try stuff on or practice doing makeup. I've cosplayed some feminine dudes in the past Like Marik Ishtar from yugioh and before the incident my mom even helped me pick out fabric for a genderswapped madoka kaname though I never went through with making that one. There are some feminine dudes I'm interested in cosplaying like pic related and Griffith but recently I've just been filled with a burning desire to attend a con dressed as a cute girl and I'm growing a little impatient because I know I won't be a cute 22 year old twink forever and I want to get in as much crossplay as I can before I'm cringe and old.

>How to shake my ass when walking?
I dunno about shaking your ass, but you can make your walk more feminine by placing your feet in front of each other- see diagram.

>And what do i need to do to have feminine body language?
To start with- RELAX. So many guys crossplaying at cons are nervous and stiff. Loosen up. Act like you always wear your costume.
Don't stand with your feet parallel. Stand heels together, like an "L", but not necessarily with your feet 90 degrees apart. Put most of your weight on the back leg.
Aside from that, there are lots of ways to make your body language more feminine, but I usually try to make my movements slower and more deliberate- without overdoing it. I also move my eyes more than I turn my head- if that makes any sense. That type of body language isn't strictly feminine, but it's not strictly masculine either...
The other trick I pull is to tilt my head down slightly and look out from under my eyelashes. That's very feminine.

>I know the answer is act gay, but that's not good enough
Do not "act gay". That just makes you seem like a flaming homosexual crossplayer. Act like a girl.

>> No.10773352

Ok i figured out what you mean.
Posing is easy because it's premeditated, i want to know some "cheats" to feminine body language.
How should i move my arms when talking?
How should i shift my weight when moving/also talking?
How much eye contact/avoiding?
Also if i have long hair should i swing my head more?
Honestly this feels like something that just fixes itself once i'm both fully in costume and in a social context, cause it just feels super weird doing all of this for myself infront of the mirror

Thinking about also getting skin colored tights so i can still wear pads, but kinda want to ave tatoos in it.
Can i just draw with permanent marker? That's gonna rub off after washing tho?

Also when getting the tights do i order them to match my size when i am wearing pads or do i order them slightly smaller or larger?
I use some old size L tights that i had lying around to hold my pads, but it doesn't really make them blend seamlessly into my skin and i need to wear pants over it in order to look good, but if i wear pants that sre smaller/tighter it looks better, so idk if this logic works with tightd?

In the USA the average woman's height is 162cm (5'4"). Btw if you're looking at sites with Japanese models, their average is 157cm (5'2"). With you being 170cm (5'7"), you are taller than 82-87% of American women and taller than 96% of Japanese women.

You'll want two pair of panty hose and some tights. Use a slightly too large pair first so you can arrange your pads underneath them. Then put on a on-the-smaller-end pair of support hose to smooth your pads out. the put on a properly sized pair of tights.

Look up some tutorials for hooded eyes. Your eyeshadow is just going to disappear otherwise. You didn't mention it- are you wearing mascara? Contour for your nose and jaw would be a good idea. And pluck your eyebrows.
Are you in a predominantly white area? You'll probably get away with a lot more than other people will, if so.

I know they say not to use ace bandages or self adhesive medical wrapping to bind, but is it that bad to use in place of a waist trainer for a weekend?
>use waist trainer
>loose in some places
>Tight in others
>shape looks unnatural
>visible under clothes
>use bandages
>custom shaped curves
>flat
>looks good
Not trying to get kidney damage, so is there anything else better to use? I feel like corsets and waist trainers try to force you into a shape and it ends up looking fucked if it cant. Custom wrapping will never get that perfect shape but it looks far more natural

So i got the shirt, found an old pair of M tights, they're white but it works well enough to see how it works.
Any skirt looks bad with a big ass, but a smaller ass makes my proportions obvious and it just doesn't work.
No skirt works best, but i really want it.
Also exposing my midriff works really well cause i have large tit pads (1m circumference, hips are also 1m) and it looos best.
Shouod i maybe just cut down the shirt so it looks like a larger cropped shirt and just roll with the sweatpants?

So he's going for this outfit? Okay, thanks.
I'm not sure why you're saying crossplay vs crossdress are different things. Crossplay is crossdressing cosplay. I still would consider it crossplay if they aren't trying to pass. There might be another word for the trend of obviously-masc-buff/hairy-man-wearing-anime-girl-cosplay but it's still definitely a type of crossplay.

Before you said who the character was, I assumed it was a long haired male character in a kilt or skirted armor.
