I wanna do a webcomic about lolitas, mostly horror related. What would be your dream comic/graphic novel/manga/video game about lolita?

>> No.10607061

A short comic about unhinged online stalkers

>> No.10607073

>>10607058
If you're not a lolita, then don't bother trying to capture the lolita community with your art project. We don't care, try asking /a/ lol.

>> No.10607076

isekai about a 30 something lolita that an hero’d because she felt she was getting too old for lolita. her soul ended up being transplanted into a 19 year old cubby ita dude that gave up on life after being cyber bullied online. she decided to use this second chance she got to turn her host body from an ita into the second coming of mana sama. the title of this webcomic is called “bringing sexy baby back”. she’s also has to find all those that bullied the original host and get revenge to appease his soul.

No, I am. I'm just curious about what others want in lolita comics or manga. For me it's horror related, I was wondering what others wanted.

>> No.10607088

>>10607058
I think you’d be better of adding one or two lolita characters instead of making it about lolita unless you want to attract an unhinged audience

>> No.10607089

>>10607088
OP is the unhinged audience.

I don't need a horror manga about lolita; seeing anons talking about googling buyers' addresses and internet stalking the winners of LM auctions to find out their age/location is scary enough. Maybe google maps stalker-chan flying to her buyers' homes and breaking in to give herself a house tour but never stealing anything or hurting anyone and just creeping people out would make a cool horror plot though.

If I read a lolita comic it would be a cute girly shoujo/slice of life or looking for romance thing a la Aggrestuko, maybe about a Misako-esque person who loves wearing lolita and just really want to find a guy who doesn't mind it and isn't a creep and all the different scenarios or lolita friends or whatever could come from that. Heck, maybe at the end of one volume she realizes she is gay/bi and spends some time dating other women too only to find they are also judgemental if they don't wear the fashion. There's a lot that could be done with a basic premise like that and it could go on forever if it's something you want to constantly update.

>> No.10607108

I was thinking about this in the shower and Madoka Magica is just kind of the top you can do with this premise. If you're looking to do a horror, you'll need to just think of the characters themselves without the lolita attached, and then dress them as you wish once your plot is good.

>> No.10607131

I would really like a slice-of-life comedic story that focuses on Lolita fashion, honestly! Probably something like Hidamari Sketch or Wasteful Days but more centered around the fashion, the community, and its culture.

How I Met Your Mother but with Misako as the main character, yes

How I Met Your Mother is not the only piece of media about a person searching for a relationship/love?

I wan to see a comedy/slice of life of an overworked woman learning to love herself and little self-indulgences while wearing lolita and getting into wacky situations.

N-no

I'm glad other anons want slice of life stuff with some self discovery. I think lolita horror just feels a bit too edgy and has been attempted in other mediums before. No offense, OP.

I would love to see more characters like Cute Girl from the comic SnotGirl. She isn't always in lolita, but I feel like she is clearly written by someone who has interacted with the lolita community at least in passing.

Is that your art in the OP? I'd love to read a lolita horror comic in that style.

I'm the other slice of life anon from earlier and this is such a good idea. I feel like a genre like this would be really nice for lolita rather than a horror because it would feel more relatable.

Excuse me what the fuck, when did this happen?

I would like this too. Kitai fuku ga aru covered the Mami's struggles in becoming a lolita and I really enjoyed that. Of course, her experiences are different because she lives in Japan, so maybe a Western take on it could be interesting?

in either the secondhand sales thread or confessions thread, some anon admitted to looking up her buyers' addresses on google maps to see what their houses looked like. Not sure about when the stalking auction winners happened but it doesn't surprise me
