I think this was a decent babby's first attempt based on her COF description. Really the tights are too loud for the dress without peeking bloomers or an underskirt to break it up. There's also not enough black in the print to pair with the cardi or the shoes, she needs cream, mustard or pink solid pieces to better match the colors of the print. The glasses are cute but kinda kitchy so she could go full into the retro vibe with more accessories in that pink color.
