I saw it listed as "ドットリボンジャンパースカート", but I believe this isn't the official name. The black version was priced at ¥12588 on Wunderwelt, and the red one went for ¥10500 on Yahoo! Auctions. If you have a photo of the care tag, it would allow me to narrow down the year it comes from and I might be able to find the official name.
