I personally do way more casual sweet looks than anything else since my lolita wardrobe is now just my everyday wardrobe but you'd have to pry pastels out of my cold, dead hands. Classic isn't a bad style at all but retiring to muted tones like you're putting yourself into the old folks home is just uncreative and basically submitting to the fashion world's expectation for aging women to tone themselves down and fade into the background. lmao the issue isn't even her age, this is like a laundry list of classic ita mistakes:

- dress fits so badly the waist is hiked up to her underbust, check the strained shirring, it's past maxed out
- crooked front bow, I'll give you it's hard to straighten it when her underbust is trying to eat the dress

Honestly I wouldn't trust any brand to do custom plus sizes unless they specifically specialize in that. This isn't just a taobao issue, I'm fat myself (though not as bad as this clown) and I've run into sizing issues even at walmart and other major western retailers. idk how many times I bought a 2xl shirt only to find the arms were six inches longer than normal, or that the body of the shirt was a tent but the armholes were inexplicably tiny.
