I've had bmi's from 16-26 and in my experience, the difference between 18-22 can be pretty minuscule if you've got a decent amount of muscle. At 18 my waist was like 62, at 22, it was like 67, but at 26 it was like 78-82.

Like you can do exercises that train your chest muscles and wear the right kinds of bras and go braless less often to reduce gravity's impact on gour breasts. There is varying evidence either direction for bras helping sagginess. Some say your chest muscles get more developed by carrying your breast weight on your own but imo that doesn't address the pull of your boob weight on your skin if you have large boobs and many of those African tribe women (and black women in my family who wear bras less than me and are older) have loose skin on their breasts too. Mine are much perkier because I literally wear a bra unless I'm showering or being intimate with my boyfriend, and if I stop wearing them for a bit and don't workout I can see differences over time. Some of that is hormones from periods and all causing bloating and shrinking and whatever else but some is my health or bra choices. Having kids also inflates your breasts and depending on the woman they don't always shrink back or they shrivel up and recover poorly. Older in range from 2 years to like, 50 years, so obviously my grandma or aunts have way less perky breasts cause of age, but my mom was young and often removed her bras immediately upon coming home/never put them on unless she had to leave the house and at age 22 (my current age, I was born when she was 18) her breasts were almost to her belly button. And all the women in my family have large breasts and hate bras but me (some have had kids and some not) and even the ones closer to my age with no kids that wear bras far less than me there is an obvious difference.

Sure some is age and genetics but you can do things to mitigate the problem to some extent. It just depends. Why is it so hard to believe large breasts can stay relatively perky or that people can lessen sagginess with good exercise habits and wearing something that literally stops your boobs from weighing themselves down and stretching the skin around your chest?

My experience isn't everyone's and it's dependent on the person as I said before. I just wanted to make it a point that I don't just have inherently great boob genes considering other people's experiences that are closely related to me, so it is partially my choices in bras and support and fitness that helped my chest personally sag far less than it could have otherwise given the size (DD cup so not huge but not small)

I admitted they aren't huge as far as cup size but also not small for me volume wise. I am 36 DD (slightly chubby with a wide ribcage) and my boobs take up an unnecessary and annoying amount of space. I could be sized poorly though as I've never been anywhere besides VS and Lane Bryant and I've heard they basically push you into a not so great fitting sister size if they can't get your actual size easily.

Anyway regardless of if you find them large or if I'm sized correctly, they're large enough that not wearing a bra makes them hurt from the weight and I have legitimate long term back issues from them, so they are large enough to be heavy and weigh a lot/have potential to sag due to weight.
