Out of curiosity, how would one keep a sealed letter with dried flowers like pic related from getting damaged in the mail? I was thinking of putting it in a clear protector, but that might cause issues with the postal machine postmarking it. Hey gulls!! Sorry I'm taking so long, I've worked closing almost every day this week so I havent had much time to devote to letter writing, and my weekend is packed too. Hoping to get things out next week maybe!!! I've got 4 or 5 people I need to write to, and 3/4 of them want drawings too. I've typed all of them out, I just need to copy them onto paper and make it cute.

In terms of letter structure themselves, do you guys prefer an introductory letter, and then the next one being about a topic? I find that writing first letters is always a challenge, so its easier to just get all the intros out of the way in the first letter. The only other letters ive written have been to friends I already knew, so it's kind of tough writing when theres a blank slate! Thoughts?

I WOULD but, i'm currently not into any sort of cosplaying/lolita right now. I took a giant hiatus/retirement in 2016 and haven't really done much since. I will be honest its been hard just receiving regular mail/letters that im not sure if at the moment im confident my letters will get to their destinations so ive been holding mine past couple weeks.

I think it would be alright! You can print the letters on cute paper too. You could also write to your penpal and telling them about how writing by hand is difficult to you, so they don't freak out. Maybe they think you're a male trying to hide non-girly calligraphy, but if you explain it in the letter it should be fine.
