Trying to keep it short

I sent her a payment reminder after she hadn't paid my invoice (24 hour terms). She responded shittily, trying to bait me and blame her late payment on work. I pointed out that those deflection tactics were shitty (well, I said 'amusing' and 'lolworthy') and asked her to let me know if there were any problems with the dress when she received it. She sent me these kinds of messages all week even though I never responded, then threatened a PayPal dispute if she didn't receive her dress Monday (yesterday). At that point I decided to just refund her, added a note in the PayPal note section for her to stop contacting me, and she continues to bid and buyout auctions. Had to refund her once more with the same kind of note that I was refusing service to her.

Like, if you've ever dealt with an emotionally abusive person, this is the kind of stuff they do in order to avoid being held accountable for their shit behavior.

Tried to keep it short, I've got like 4 more messages like this; just her kind of losing it. Hope that wasn't too dramatic.

Does your TOS say she needs to pay within 24h or you'll give a neg and refuse service (which is your right I guess)? If you can't respect or meet the sellers TOS, don't buy. Get the feeling a lot of buyers don't bother to read it. Anyway, if you stated in your TOS that she needed to pay within a certain time frame, she should at least let you know before buying she needed more time to pay. Cause most sellers (like me) are pretty easy and willing to bend their rules if you let them know beforehand. You could have used a bit more tact in your email to her though, honestly, your mail sounded rather rude. So I kinda get why she's so mad, but she goes too far and that stupid race baiting shit she brought up was uncalled for as well. What she does sounds like harassment at this point, have you reported her to the mods? You should really contact them if you haven't already. new to this discussion and just want to weigh in here with my 2 cents and remind folks that these transactions are private sales between individuals. to think of yourself as a customer, especially in the spoiled U.S. sense, is weird and misled.
Reading the terms of sale on an LM listing is important. Don't bid on an item if you can't follow the terms. if you don't like something, skip the listing, or else message to negotiate.
I've sold in the comm sales and on LM. After a while, you sadly learn that few folks know how to properly and respectfully "do business" so to speak. I've had folks: bid and then immediately tell me they can't pay; ask for untracked shipping, though my ToS states I never ship untracked; or ask to pay with a non PP method...sketchy and disappointing, all around.
You get a bit jaded as a seller with all the young, or grown but depressingly sheltered/inexperienced, people you come across on sales platforms. "Serious buyers only" is a common phrase for a reason. It is, however, important that both parties are respectful and professional. Don't spill your character flaws all over the place. be adults.
seller is within her right to cancel the transaction and not sell to that buyer again. buyer needs to grow up and drop her entitlement. both need a nap and glass of water.

You need to go in person and speak with the Postmaster- not just someone behind the counter.

Also Out for Delivery doesn't mean delivered. Sometimes it takes forever to get a delivery scan out of USPS. They have an insane volume of shipments.
That being said, this is a usps issue and not something your seller did.

Now the other seller who said they would reship needs to give you an updated tracking number for the new shipment. They are responsible for what they did.

I've had problems with my packages on three different occasions so I know the irritation you're having right now. I would gently suggest to bite the bullet and call USPS. They have a callback system which works well so you don't have to remain on the line. They will usually initiate a search for the package. I've had packages retrieved from my neighbors before. The worst thing that can happen is that your packages stay lost, which sounds like is going to happen anyways since no one at the PO seems to be doing anything about this anyways. At least if you file a formal request, it's in the system and it's logged.

Both cases show something in transit. Meaning the seller sent some thing. And in both cases the buyer doesn't have proof nothing was sent.
