I've seen others of this body type who were Japanese as well, but I can't remember the names or the prints they were wearing to google search.

The clothing isn't filled out properly and hangs loosely, like a small child wearing their parent's clothing. It could be argued that yes, you can get things tailored to fit much easier at this size and it's much easier to do, rather than alterations that would need to be done on a larger figure.

On the other hand, at this point, you lose any roundness or softness in your appearance. You no longer have the cute, soft, maiden-like look, lolita often strives for. Rather you get that of someone who is living in poverty (in another time, when poverty didn't mean being able to eat only sugar-laden garbage).
