Went to a wedding back in September of last year. I felt really cute at the actual event, made a lot of effort with a nice outfit/hair/ and makeup. Fast forward a bit and the pictures come out, I feel so embarrassed. In my depression I put on weight and it showed a lot more than I realized. Since then I've done my best to work out every day. Physically, I have more stamina. And I've lost about 9 pounds. It doesn't feel like much in all these months but considering I have a prominent physical disability I can't work out quite as hard as I'd like. Some of my pants fit more loosely but I don't really *see* that much of a difference in my appearance, which gets a little frustrating. But hopefully soon I'll be more confident.

I just have this dream of being a beautiful magical girl protagonist, I know that sounds silly; but instead of transforming to fight I want to transform into a better me, if that makes sense. I just want to feel soft and airy and feminine for once in my life.
