While they may put you in a JSK, be able to fit an OP with ease. A small waist (24-26 inches or less) is usually preferred, but a proportionate body is very important, hence the most important part of the application is your photos. The worse thing you can do is lie about your measurements and show up frumpier than they expect, so take good photos & submit accurate measurements. I've seen girls switched out of dresses due to lying about their measurements (and height) a few times. Unlike Baby, which exhibit a slightly larger variety of body types than most Japanese brands in their stateside, AP prefers cute petite girls, even though their dresses are plenty large enough for other representation.
