Just the entire sweet lolita substyle (not the old school kind, the newer OTT kind with border prints, decora, and pastel overload). It's completely distinct from gothic and classic, and I wish there would just be an official split.

Not to mention that most sweet lolitas look like clones.

Not saying people should stop wearing it (I wish it would just disappear, but y'know, political correctness and all), but I do really, really want sweet lolita and gothic/classic to be treated as the completely different styles they are, instead of as one big fashion.

Serious question to my fellow lolitas: why do so many of you feel the need to pigeonhole yourself into one specific substyle? I see girls saying how they can't decide which one to choose as if it's some serious life decision all the time, and it seems like the vast majority of lolitas are strictly one or the other. I know this isn't a lolita thing and tons of people do this with all fashions, but I never understood it.
