If you want to go a lot lighter you'd be best going to the hairdresser. A lot of people have had success with pic related however as it's apparently super ashy, even creating ashy tones on very warm hair, which also gives the appearance of their being lighter. Most of the complaints about this hair color have been about it looking too grey on neural to already ashy colors but you shouldn't have that problem.
