Turns out not being virgins and having personalities that are almost reverse anime girl tropes kills popularity. Even Four doesn't get a pass.

There was a Four at my local con and I hope she does it again since I didn't get a picture of her. DrakeNier cosplayers make me happy since DoD fans are still niche even with the blast that Nier: Autobots gave.

I'm 60% sure it's based off fan art. Japs love that kind of thing. Though she'd have been better off with a black bikini of the same material. Keeping things simple can be just as effective. Pic related.
