How do you guys save your pics? I like to save them for inspo, and I try to give each one a file name so that they stay organized, usually a two or three part file name with the persons name and the date depending on what the picture is.

I'm organizing all my Tokyo Fashion snaps right now, and I can't decide if I should organize them by website-date-name or website-name-date.
