Because they're like $20 on Taobao right now? I have secondhand dresses that cost about that much, yes, but they're actual brand and I don't want to constantly worry about sitting down somewhere dirty or brushing against something that would stain/tug/etc on the dress.

I like the Holy Lantern print but I wouldn't want to actually buy one of the actual dresses because I'd want to wear it casually around like I do my cheap normie dresses. No sense in buying a $150+ dress if I know I'm going to wreck it in a month or two.

Besides, I plan on taking apart this replica eventually and making a cute dress for my dog.
