This is what my oldfag brain still thinks of initially when I hear 'casual lolita', as in it's more lolita done casually rather than just a more wearable otome/crossover/grey area look.

Although really, I think anything you feel comfortable in that allows you to get on with day to day things, run errands etc efficiently without necessarily attracting a fuckton of attention, probably fits the 'casual' label well enough.

Pic mostly related (casual yet this would still probably cause a traffic pileup in the backwater place I live).
