I'm having a really hard time finding this very specific shade of lipstick (liquid or normal) for this character that's not
>very dark
>very light
>opaque/patchy
>expensive
I've looked at brands like nyx, mac, etc but from reviews and everything they all seem dark or opaque. The rest is all in America and the shipping is ridiculous.
What should I do? Any suggestions? English isn't my first language so I might not be searching well.

It's more like a yellowish green than a blue one. Like lime.
