Are there any wig shops that sell "normal" looking hair that can also function for cosplay?

I'm not looking for a cosplay wig in particular, just a shop that sells abnormal colors but with the quality of a wig you could find at a beauty supply. Specifically something akin to pic related, but closer to the yellow of her dress.

My hair's short but I like to wear it long and $300+ sew ins aren't in my daily budget. I got a mermaid wig that was black and blue and people absolutely adore it everywhere I go.
