Hello pear anon here again, thanks for the advice!
Do you think a set like this could work? I'm thinking of pairing it up with a cape (and changing out the white bow around the neck of the blouse for a black one to add some contrast) Would I need to wear some sort of waistcoat? Those seem to be in a lot of coords I've seen
