I have really thick, long hair with lots of damage on the ends and fly always, and I've been thinking of trying a Japanese do-at-home hair treatment. Any body have any recommendations? I'm very gentile on my hair and have never dyed it once, but I blow dry it everytime after I shower, so that's what I guess is causing the damage.
