Need a little advice, or maybe tell me your story if you've preordered from an unknown brand before. I love this dress, but the brand is so new it doesn't even have a taobao, someone reposted this pic off weibo. If I get in on the preorder, am I kissing my money goodbye if they don't deliver the dress? I thought I saw somewhere that taobao hangs on to the money, or maybe that was Alipay, so at worst I could ask for refund, is that right? I'm not keen to gamble money on an unknown, but I really like this print.
