I have very dark, thick, defined brows and used Colourpop's No Filter Conealer (which is like $7) in shade 00 (white) to coat them. Dab it on and brush it through with a spoolie and then apply matte eyeshadow on top. I like to go through with my base color and then add in some of a darker shade so they don't look so flat. Also, remember that eyebrows are darker than the hair on your head! Finally, I spritzed a bunch of setting spray. They stayed in place during a hot, sweaty convention under a hat and wig with bangs.
