Does anyone here actually have implants? I'm getting them done in about ten days (going from a B to a D) and I wanted to hear the experiences of people who had actually had it done, not any second-hand accounts about their friend/sister/gf/whatever. Do you wish you had gone bigger or smaller, or not had it done at all? Do they feel natural? Did people who knew you before say anything or notice?
