I haven't bought it, but there's reviews of it on other lolita's blogs, if you want to search for them.

There's at least one more review out there covering the crafts section, which I thought was kinda lacking. Apparently the magazine also covers some Pink House and otome instead of being full lolita. I'd throw money at this magazine if it's the last one left, though, I just want at least one magazine dedicated to us.

As for where to buy it, it's pretty much available in all the normal places -- cdjapan, amazon.jp, rakuten books, probably other places too.
