I managed to reach white and was able to do pastels. It was a long process. Maybe a month or more. During that time I bleached my hair twice. After the second time I knew that was my limit so I bought a platinum hair dye kit from feria and that held a lot with the yellow and orange tones. Then I used purple shampoo everyday for a week and after that only every other day. Ithe feria kit also came with a tinted toner. In between this whole thing to prevent breakage and split ends I bought a keratin treatment and did that every day in the shower. Finally I bought a toner from wella and I was done. After that I did any color I wanted.
