Completely ruined a friendship & damaged another while under the influence. Even worse these amazing folk are the only people in my life other than some family & previous teachers that have truly been there for me when I needed them . It kills me inside knowing that it won't ever be the same & that this all could have been prevented if I just drank in moderation. I dont deserve, or want sympathy/pity. All I want is for them to know that I'm doing my goddam best to make sure this never happens again in the future . This was a painful wake-up call & I won't let it go to waste. I should have took their advice much much sooner. I regret my decisions & wish I could go back in time.
