She IS a little person/midget. Look how tiny she looks compared to the staircase.
Although there's a photo in her profile where she's laying on her bed and she doesn't look that small. Like anon said maybe 5 feet tall or at the taller range of 4 feet unless that bed was cut or custom made to her size. Or maybe she's just a short person who is fat and has short fat arms and legs.
