Old school doesn't really excuse Milanoo dress nor this girl. Old school is also not really an excuse for 'no makeup at all' - you still need makeup, just in a more natural style (e.g. ditch the drag queen falsies and circle lenses). I'd call the girl you pointed out a nitpick though, rather than outright ita.
