I was a weeb all through middle school. Miraculously, I grew out of it by ninth grade and managed to lead an acceptable social life. Honestly, I'm still a weeb at heart, I'm just a little less ignorant/accidentally racist.
My weeb phase was pretty standard, but there is one thing that stands out in terms of the cringe-factor.

>we spend the rest of our joint weeb phase trying to convince him he is gay

>he is mildly traumatized
>I have to assure him I respect his sexuality years after the fact
What the hell was wrong with us?
