And this is the typical blazer. The traditional one associated with nanchatte. It's got a bit of a waist, but it's pretty much boxy/rectangular. The pose the girl is doing, with the unbuttoned blazer and mostly-fitted cardigan, is the most flattering way of wearing this to accentuate your waist.

Just gonna point out that this isn't a sports event. It's a member of AKB48 Team 8.

They have hella cute uniforms tho (picture is another member of Team 8 with same uniform)
