I thought this was a cotton blouse for some reason so be wary that it's a poly blouse. The sleeves have elastic on them and it's fit was comfortable for me. (I have moderately bulky arms but they fit nicely without strain) There's these waist tie like ribbons on the waist which...is a nice addition. It has a clasp second from the top for puckering? But I wouldn't rely on it to prevent more than a little puckering. If your near the end of a size, I would recommend you just size up.
