Taobao noob here. If taobao ships direct to my country, is it still worth it to use a shopping service anyway for translation, return help services and quality checks?

Also, have any anons tried using Sugargoo? Its a newish SS that seems to be gaining some traction in the fashionreps community on reddit but i havent heard of many cosplay/jfashion people using it.
