I can't really picture a square neck blouse with that rounded collar tbh, not unless it sits high enough - in my mind it needs a high neck to work but that's just my take on it.

I'd ditch the socks and replace with say, simple white dot tights or lace ankle socks. Change your beret out for a white one or another suitable white hat.

I think all the navy is just kinda swamping you at the moment, try to tone it down and keep it all relatively clean and simple.

The blouse in the collage is a possibly a but perhaps a bit fussy, you could certainly use a simpler looking one, just make sure it's a chiffon type material.
