hugest problem is that in already getting 3 tyoes of doctors for this. Psych, therapist and a counselor that takes me out to go places.

My family thinks my chronic depression andxiety and ADHD is no big problem with out theme phrase as "Deal with it"

Im even on ymedications somce i was 15 *21 no2* I am practicing trying to open up to my therapist but its really hard, I just end up forcing myself to make it seem like ima perfect kid.


I hate to say this but im a survivor from a bad suicide attemt....Everyone tells me i should feel bad for putting my parents through that but...Agh i cant explain coreccly.... I want to feell what its like to be content or ahppy with company
